We seek to empower Christians to fulfill their duty as a disciple -
to be on mission, making more disciples for Christ.
Matthew 28.18 - 19:
And Jesus came and said to them,
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..."

Our standard of ministry is Jesus' standards.
We don't do ministry at our convenience or comfort, but strive for the ministry standards that Jesus deserves.
Luke 12.48b:
Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.

As our Reformed father recognized, Christians are never free from the threat of sin,
thus TCF seeks to be always reforming for the glory of God.
"Ecclesia semper reformanda est". (Latin for "the church must always be reformed") “The church is Reformed and always in need of being reformed according to the Word of God.”

The greatest privilege of being called to be a disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ should
urge all Christians to live in a manner worthy of Him.
Philippians 1.27:
Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel.
05.
We preach the truth of Christ that offends and divides because we seek first Christ's glory, not man's, in the proclamation of His gospel.
1 Corinthians 1.18:
For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
